Every $10 spent on treatments = 1 point

1 point = $1 to spend on any service at SenSana Spa

10.00 am to 4.00 pm - Mon
10.00 am to 7.00 pm - Tues Wed
10.00 am to 8.30 pm - Thurs
10.00 am to 6.30 pm – Fri
10.00 am to 3.30 pm – Sat

CANCELLATION POLICY
SenSana Spa requires a booking fee for all treatments 120mins & over of 50% of the total treatment value. To secure your booking, credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. This fee is refundable provided at least 24 hours cancellation notice is given.

The day before your appointment we send you SMS confirmation with the time of your appointment if you have supplied us with your mobile number.

If you forget to cancel your appointment or don't show up, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged. Please call us 24 hours prior your appt if you wish to reschedule otherwise your treatment fee will be charged.

LATE ARRIVALS
We operate a busy Spa & our appointment times are precious. If you arrive late we will still complete your treatment on time, while the treatment fee will remain unchanged.

The treatments you select at SenSana Spa are reserved specially for you. We thank you for your understanding, as this helps us to provide you with quality service.

RESCHEDULING
We encourage you to reschedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Spa to avoid disappointment and to ensure the appointment is at the most suitable time for you.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable for cash. Our cancellation policy also applies to vouchers, if you fail to provide the relevant notice period your voucher becomes void.
