APPOINTMENTS
To ensure we can accommodate your spa experience, we recommend you book ahead for all treatments. If it is your first time at SenSana Spa we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to complete some essential forms relating to your medical history and for consultation with your therapist so that we may select the best treatment options suited to you.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
To maximise the benefits of your spa experience we require you to arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your treatment it will limit the time your therapist is able to spend with you, in turn lessening the effectiveness of the treatment. As all treatments are completed as scheduled, please be aware that if you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed.
PREPARING FOR MY VISIT
For men, we recommend you shave at least 3 hours before a facial treatment. For women, some treatments have specific preparation steps (i.e spray tanning) and this will be discussed with you at the time of your booking.
WHAT TO WEAR
We will provide everything that is necessary for you to enjoy you treatment with us. We offer a robe & slippers where suitable however you may wish to bring a swimming costume for the spa and steam facilities. During treatments, you may wear underwear if you prefer or disposable underwear is available at your request. Our professional therapists are also trained to drape you appropriately to maintain your privacy at all times. Please leave valuables and jewellery at home.
IN THE SPA
The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquillity & we ask that you respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile phone or pager turned off. The spa is a non-smoking area.
ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS/CONCERNS
SenSana Spa requires that you disclose any medical conditions that may be affected by some of our services. Conditions like high & low blood pressure and pregnancy can sometimes restrict your treatment options. If you are unsure we recommend that you consult with us first. |
